Laurent DECORY
Founder and Managing Director
COMMERCIALIZATION: Laurent has a commercial and scientific background with an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a PhD in Neurosciences and Pharmacology.
On March 1st 2022, Laurent Décory joined Aurealis Therapeutics as Chief Operating Officer (details of the nomination are visible here).
Before founding BlueJet Consulting, Laurent was Senior VP Global Commercial Excellence for BSN Medical, then Head Global Commercial Excellence for ESSITY Health & Medical Solutions, a 2.4 Bn€ MedTech combining BSN Medical Wound Care, Vascular and Orthopaedics with TENA Incontinence business.
20+ years of international Marketing, Sales and Commercial Excellence in Pharma and MedTech, and more than 100 projects in 30 countries have given him Strategic and operational experience of established and emerging markets, in large publicly listed (Aventis, Sanofi, Takeda, Essity) and mid-size private equity companies (Nycomed, BSN Medical).
His core competencies include:
- Launching products and services, in therapy areas including Oncology, Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Wound Care
- Commercial re-structuring, due diligence and post-merger integration
- Business transformation and Go-To-Market strategy
- Leading and inspiring cross functional teams: commercial, medical, digital.

ADMINISTRATION & LANGUAGES: Marie-Claude has a broad language and administration expertise acquired in UK, France, Switzerland and Germany where she has worked as a translator for multiple companies as well as language teacher in public and private institutions.
